Lynn Caldwell

With more than 35-years of real estate acquisition and finance experience, Lynn Caldwell has an extensive background in real estate legal matters such as loan negotiations, bankruptcy, litigation, and foreclosures. Her portfolio includes investing, financing, and restructuring of over $3 billion of real estate transactions. In addition, Lynn is a member of Paragon’s investment committee overseeing real estate, oil and gas, and healthcare related investments held in the portfolio.

Prior to joining Paragon, Lynn was Senior Vice President and Division Manager at Bank of America responsible for a commercial real estate loan portfolio consisting of office, industrial, multi-family, retail, and hotel properties throughout the United States.

Lynn earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Southern Methodist University. She is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker.
