Ron Johansson

With more than 40-years of experience providing accounting, auditing, and management advisory services to companies in the financial services and real estate industries, Ron Johansson joined Paragon Holdings in April 2007.

Prior to joining Paragon, he was a partner in Ernst & Young's Dallas office. His duties include the oversight of all accounting and tax operations. In addition, Ron coordinates due diligence efforts and is a member of Paragon Holdings’ investment committee.

Ron received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the State University of New York in Albany. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the AICPA and Texas Society of CPAs and holds licenses to practice in Texas, New York, and Louisiana. In addition, Ron is a Certified Fraud Examiner and is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
